The boat has been build in fall 2016 and has been put into water in March 2017 were
it was overhanded to the owner. The Boat has been used just by the owner for
pleasure sailing 4-5 Weeks per year from 2017-2021. In 2023 the boat has been put
into Charter at Angelina Charter and is now located in D-Marin Sibenik, Croatia
were it can be inspected after aligning with Angelina Charters Base Manager in
Sibenik.
The boat is currently owned by the company CB84 Yachtcharter & Real Estate d.o.o.
wich is fully owned by the previous boat owner. The company CB84 Yachtcharter &
Real Estate d.o.o. is only in existence because of the charter contract with
Angelina Charter, the boat Siri ist the only asset owned by the company. The
Charter contract is valid until October 2025 and the boat is in business and makes
money.
There are 2 options available
- Share deal: Buy the company wich owns the boat and continue the charterbusinnes
with the active contract with Angelina-Charter minimum until October 2024
- Asset deal: Buy the boat from the company (only possible after this years
charterseason - October 2024)
